One of the seven mother mole sauces, from Oaxaca Mexico; made with 20 different ingredients including fruits, nuts and dried chilli peppers, traditionally served with pork. This mole is unique and known by the name of Mancha Manteles "Tablecloth Steiner"
Carrot cake made with carrots from Wells Spring certified organic farms, finished with piloncillo honey and roasted coconut flakes. Served with Atole, an almond & masa base hot beverage from central America
