Dinner: Tortilla Soup, Chiles en Nogada (Poblano peppers stuffed with pork, fruit & mixed nuts, covered in creamy walnut sauce)
Vegetarian option available upon request
Dessert Station: Spanish doughnuts with Spanish hot chocolate, Cuban coffee with Latin cookies, Mexican hot chocolate with sweeten Mexican bread.
